If you have chosen a Hotel Stay ( 1 to 6 nights), here are the amenities included:
Clean and beautiful apartment, bed made for you on your arrival with towels for the bathroom. The towels are changed every 2 days and apartment is cleaned everyday and the day of your departure.

If you have chosen the Residential Stay (7 nights or more), here are the amenities included:
Clean and beautiful apartment, bed made for you on your arrival with towels for the bathroom. Towels are changed once a week, as well as the cleaning in the apartment. You must leave the apartment in the state it was on your arrival. If not, extra charges will be made on your bill.

If you have chosen the Long Term Stay (1 month or more) voici les services inclus :
Clean and beautiful apartment, bed made for you on your arrival with bathroom towels for 2 people (Studio Suite) or 4 people (3 Room Suite). Insurance is included. Fees for water and electricity are extras (Studio Suite: 70 Euros) (3 Room Suite: 90 Euros). You must leave the apartment in the state it was on your arrival. If not, extra charges will be made on your bill.

Make sure to bring your beach towels because Idolem does not provide them. It is strongly recommended that you rent a car once you have arrived on the island, due to the lack of public transportation. We have excellent relations with the company that rents quality cars. We can help you contact them.

Rules

- Terms:
Once the date has been sent to you, the sale is final. Cancellation fees will be applicable for changing any dates.

- Documents to have:
The following documents need to be in hand and faxed on the sight of the reservation.

Credit card number with a photocopy on the back of a valid piece of identification.
A valid telephone number where we can contact you at all times.
Document of debit autorisation (CB).
The hour of departure and arrival with the flight number and the company you are flying with.
An estimated hour of arrival at the residence.

- Caution :
For a stay of one week, 200 euros will be frozen on your bank card or it must be handed in cash for guarantee puposes.
For a stay of one month, 500 euros must be given for a guarantee for a studio suite and 700 euros for a suite of 3 rooms.

- General Conditions

Regulatory - Legal Regime

This Convention applies in the context of Articles of the Code of Tourism (Line 324 - 2)

Consequently, the legal provisions of residential leases are not applicable, particularly with regard to tenure. The client must therefore take a tax domicile in any place other than the institution, which implies that any clearance private or professional is prohibited.

Reservation guarantee – Cancellation

All reservation confirmations must be guarantied by a bank card for validation. For all reservations a partial rule ( arrhes) or total could be demanded as well as an authorisation formula of the bank debit card. This must be handed to us signed to confirm the sale by Hotel - Appartement SXM.
For a reservation of one week, Hotel - Appartement SXM will ask for a deposit equivalent to 30% of the reservation total. For the stay of one month the guarantee will demand a arrhes for the demanded dates. The reservations will be considered over. The total must be paid as of 14 days and less before the date of the stay or in all other cases immediately for last minute reservations. Their will be conditions for groups concerning the reservations from 5 units per client.

VACATION CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of stay for cases of emergency, the deposit paid will be postponed to another date.
For any other reason, the deposit will be retained at the establishment.
During your stay, no refund will be made by Idolemresort if abridgement of this stay of the client is initiated.
The responsibility of the institution may be involved in case of theft or damage of personal effects from customers in the lodging units.
Standard precautions should be followed, including checking that the windows and the shutters are closed to protect your belongings.
An inventory and an inventory found in each accommodation unit.
Customer takes the responsibility to verify the contents and report any discrepancies, missing or damaged items within 24 hours after arrival.
After this time the inventory and condition of the premises shall be deemed perfect.
In case of dispute, the parties recognize that jurisdiction will be that of the institution.
